Tricia Smith has had numerous careers, but teaching, training and being a catalyst to others' growth have been the common threads throughout. She spent nine years in public education before starting her own business as a Professional Image Consultant, and she used the knowledge she gleaned in that career to become a corporate trainer and motivational speaker. Building on that foundation, she joined Avon Products, ultimately working in their corporate offices in New York. As Director of Representative Sales Training at Avon, she was responsible for all representative training. In 2006, Tricia left Avon to take on a new challenge with Entertaining At Home. As Vice President of Sales and Development, she now oversees over 30,000 Consultants since Entertaining at Home joined forces with Southern Living At HOME. Tricia lives in Brunswick, Maine, with her husband, Brian. She has two adult children, Mark and Shelby, and one grandson, Will. Suzie began her direct sales career 12 years ago because she wanted to be there when her children got on and off the school bus and she needed to earn an income. Beginning as a sales consultant, she learned quickly that direct sales was an incredible avenue for changing lifestyles and, in the process, lives. Suzie learned excellent sales, sponsoring, and leadership skills and has the ability to build and lead teams to high levels of performance. As a highly regarded speaker, coach, and motivator who connects with people, Suzie was recruited in 2001 to join a new direct sales company and has held the positions of National Recruiter, Communications Director, Meeting and Incentives Planner, and, most recently, National Training Director. R.J. McBride is passionate about our business opportunity for very personal reasons – he was raised by a single mother. Marge Tudor joined Southern Living At HOME in 2006 with 24 years of direct sales experience, including being one of the Top 10 leaders of a 10,000-leader company. In a corporate setting, Marge has served as a Regional Sales Trainer, sharing the philosophy, "build the people, and the people will build the business." With that mantra, she has helped many ordinary people do extraordinary things and make their dreams come true. Marge and her husband, Ray, live in Madison, Wisconsin, where they are active with local school projects such as "Project Graduation" and "Gridiron Club." Since 1985, Craig has been involved in the direct sales industry, gaining expertise in many aspects of the business, from individual sales to large group presentations to home parties. He began educating, training and developing sales leaders across the Midwest and was National Sales Manager for a direct sales cookware manufacturer with thousands of salespeople. In 2003, he wanted a change, and joined Entertaining at Home as Regional Sales Director – the explosive home décor business was just what he needed to shake things up.
